Add New Customer-Specific Category and Class Descriptions
If you have specific customers that use unique categories or classes for their equipment, you can now update the descriptions in the back end of your system. You can then access these alternate descriptions when you create new rentals, process full returns, create new sales, or create new work orders.
Preview Cycle Bills
If you’re cycle billing customers, you can now enter the Single Customer Configuration file to preview their next bill. You can review their rental charges, sales tax, invoice amounts, deposits, and total amount due to ensure everything is as expected.
Weekly Parts Count GL Entry Mapping
We’ve now added a new field to the General Ledger to let you store a GL account for parts. This field is also visible when you conduct cycle counts, allowing you to more efficiently update your financial records when you update your rental inventory.
