Introducing the Newest Features for InTempo Enterprise Rental Software (Spring 2026)

The rental industry is constantly changing; you need software that can keep pace with your growing business. We’re excited to announce several time-saving improvements that’ll help you make the most of your rental ERP. Check out some of the latest updates that are available in our 2026 Spring PTF:

Added the Ability to Disable Certain Tasks at the Customer or Environment Level

You can hide specific tasks that your team doesn’t use, shouldn’t access, or simply don’t need to see in specific environments. (E.G., remove the option to print bar code labels, run inventory pick lists, or access the customer master file maintenance section of InTempo.) This gives you a cleaner interface, less confusion for your end users, and more control/security.

Added the Ability to Filter Payments by Journal Date

In the AP Payment Selection Screen, you can now look at only invoices that were posted within a specific date range:

Your accounting team can find specific invoices faster, with less scrolling.
