This June, we’ll be introducing several new features to our rental software. We’re specifically excited to share:
If you run a nightly utilization report from the RAUTILFL table, you can now exclude equipment with a status of Scheduled for Pick Up. This enhancement provides a more accurate view of the percentage of units that are actively out on rent and generating revenue.
In InTempo’s payment processing module, the customer’s address must match the billing address on their credit card to qualify for the lowest possible processing rate. You can now edit the address directly within InTempo’s Control File Maintenance module, helping you secure better rates and keep more of your hard-earned revenue.
This update visually differentiates equipment that’s being substituted for a different category/class. Substituted items will appear with the equipment line (or a portion of it) highlighted in blue text for quick visual reference.
