Make sure your sales reps capture detailed contact information when adding new non-credit customers. This optional feature lets you require the addition of a phone number during sales order, invoice, or rental purchase creation. (When this feature is enabled, reps can continue adding new customers to credit accounts without a mandatory phone number.)
If desired, InTempo can automatically open a service call every time you create a work order. When this option is turned on, this affects all work orders, whether they are billed to a customer or a location. This lets you save the manual step of creating a corresponding service call for each new work order.
If desired, prevent users from adding inventoried items to purchase orders that also include items that your vendor is shipping directly to the customer. This lets you more easily separate out your direct delivery purchase orders and sales orders.
