Speed up your month-end close with a new automated program to execute your customer statement runs. Automatically generate PDF and XML files for further analysis.
Give your team more accurate insights into your open receivables. Include open notes when calculating available credit for a customer or when viewing their trend analysis. Enable or disable this new feature at the company level for more control.
More accurately track your internal labor costs. When creating a work order for a machine with an open warranty, you can now create GL entries for the labor. Input total number of service hours and hourly rate to get more accurate insights into your maintenance expenses.
Save time when creating a contract for a customer or jobsite with custom pricing. The next time you start a rental contract, manually override book rates in our Dynamic Rates Selection window without having to return to the Contract Detail screen.
When creating or updating a rental contract with a value of $0, remove environmental fees and EPA surcharges.
Create standard safety messages (such as “do not operate without steel-toed shoes”) based on category and class, then print out the corresponding safety sheets when the item goes out on rent.
