The first priority was to make our offices comfortable, modern spaces conducive to a productive work environment. More than just a facelift, the office was re-designed to provide visual and spiritual reminders of our mission, our core values, and our commitment to our customers. We painted an accent wall in each office in one of our three InTempo colors—green, blue, and orange. Everyone got a standing desk, which we can move up and down just by pressing a button. We also got other new furniture and some nifty accessories. Here's a look inside three of our renovated offices.
Director of Marketing Kate Miller chose orange for her office, and added plants to soften the glow. Chairs on the other side of the desk make for a comfortable space to chat and meet with colleagues.
Note the InTempo Bluetooth speaker, which was a giveaway during Customer Appreciation Night in 2017.
Glenda Santos of the Customer Care team added this wall clock to her office, as well as a small couch. It's a perfect space for customers to take coffee breaks in during trainings with Glenda.
Gong Thongphoon, also from our Customer Care team, chose green for his office. Not pictured: the beanbag chair (in InTempo blue, of course) where you can sometimes find Gong reading about the latest and greatest trends in IT.
We also added branding elements in our long hallways. The "M" lines from our logo represent InTempo's goal of going beyond rental software by bringing customers together. Our kitchen also saw some changes, with inviting spaces for lunch breaks and meetings. We also installed a wall mounted TV where we display our all-company Slack channel. We use Slack in many ways, including to post key metrics and to plan tradeshows. We also use it as a way to easily connect with our colleagues at offices across the country, so people also share things like vacation photos, riddles, and Patriots/Tom Brady-related debates.
