Parking instructions, gate codes, and special handling needs are right at their fingertips. If they need to get in touch with the customer, the phone icon initiates a call directly from the app.
Deliver, Pick Up, and Document – All in One Place
When unloading or retrieving rental equipment, drivers hit arrive and select the item being delivered or picked up. They add notes and photos, using native markup tools to circle damage or highlight other important details, and capture the customer’s signature from the mobile device. Everything saves to the equipment’s record for a clean audit trail.
Tapping Complete finalizes the stop and brings the driver back to their route list for the next stop of the day.
Close Out Smoothly
When a driver has completed all of their assigned stops, they return to the depot and tap Arrive. The app prompts them to finish any remaining tasks and mark the depot stop complete.
Ready to send them out on another run? They can start the next route for the next batch of assignments.
Done for the day? Tapping End Day closes everything out cleanly.
