The newest additions to the InTempo Enterprise (RentalMan) Mobile App will help you speed up your transactions, deliveries, and pickups. Learn how you can now capture signatures on unsigned contracts; complete condition reports for deliveries and pickups; and add driver comments on the go.
With the new enhancements to the InTempo Mobile App, users can get authorized signatures on contracts with their mobile device. The new menu option, Signature Capture, displays all unsigned contracts by account. (You can also search by contract number if you're looking for a specific rental.) The customer can view the agreement on the mobile device and sign with their finger. Immediately email the contract to the customer, back to your rental counter, or even to yourself. It's that simple!
For Mobile Logistics, we've added condition reports to further enhance the transportation process. Users can now report on equipment condition at the time of delivery or pick-up. (It's a great way to reduce damaged equipment disputes.) Pre-defined settings for the category and class make sure you're following established procedures, 100 percent of the time.
Use simple "yes/no" options, or "included/not included", or a free-form field to allow your personnel to accurately track the condition before and after rental .These fields are customizable to meet your business needs. You can also email the condition report to the customer, the branch, or yourself.
Include additional information on your delivery or pick-up tickets with the Driver Comment field. Your transportation team can add important notes or relevant information that will be stored on the condition report.
