The rental industry is constantly changing; you need software that can keep pace with your growing business. We’re excited to announce several time-saving improvements that’ll help you make the most of your rental ERP. Check out some of the latest updates that are available in our 2025 Fall PTF:
More Easily Manage Password Expirations
We’ve modified the Rest API endpoint so you can easily check user profile details to see if it will expire in the near future. When you run a query, the response will indicate if the user’s password is:
- Expired
- Still valid, but with less than a certain number of days until it needs to be changed
- Still valid, but not within the specified number of days until expiration
From there, your admins can send follow-up reminders as needed.
Apply Security Controls to Jobs Added from Third-Party Programs
When using Web Services to add customer jobs to InTempo, restrict access to job record fields as well as the ability to add new jobs to only selected users.
Allow the Sale of Equipment in D or N Status
We’ve introduced a new control record that allows you to sell equipment with a status of D (Down Long-Term) or N (Not Rentable). Use custom security controls to determine which user(s) can set these items for sale; halt codes will prevent non-authorized users from doing so. Users with the correct permissions, however, can proceed with listing these machines for sale.
