With contract pricing in InTempo, you can quickly create custom rates for specific customer groups. As an example: you can create a Residential Plumbing Group Rate, then add all plumbing contractors to that group. Each company that you have added to your Residential Plumbing Group will receive your pre-set rates on their contracts.

This approach means that you no longer have to go to each customer’s record and set up customer-specific pricing, or go to each machine’s record and do the same. Create a group and select customers to include; InTempo takes care of the rest.

As with any discounted rate, you can set expiration dates for your contract pricing. Once the contract rate expires, new rentals will fall back to your default (book) rate. You can then use InTempo Reporter to identify any customers whose custom rates will be expiring and review/update your pricing accordingly.
