It has been a fast-paced, rewarding year for us at InTempo. As 2016 comes to a close, we’re taking a look back at what we, together with our customers, have accomplished in the past 12 months.
From new enhancements to major development projects, we’re making it easier and more profitable for our customers to do business. New inventory and customer analysis screens for InTempo Core? Check. Brand new user interface in the works for InTempo Enterprise? Check. We’re hard at work taking feedback from customers and turning it into meaningful functionality in our software.
This year, we welcomed a big group of new customers to the InTempo Family. From Brossard, Quebec all the way down to Midland, Texas, and from Tustin, CA all the way over to Brooklyn, NY, we’re looking forward to growing right along with these amazing businesses.
We welcomed new employees to our organization. These fantastic additions dove right in and are already making a difference for our customers. DeAnna Freeman brings years of experience working in rental businesses, and also is the only person at InTempo who can claim to be a professional yoga instructor and belly dancer. Gong Thongphoon, a young IT whiz and member of the Support Team, is also a diehard Patriots fan.
Building a strong community among our customers is central to InTempo’s purpose. To that end, we held a Customer Appreciation Night at Park Bar in Atlanta, GA. Despite torrential downpours, we had a strong turnout and wings and an open bar were enjoyed by all. InTempo swag giveaways didn’t hurt, either. In March, we brought together an enthusiastic group for the 2016 InTempo Enterprise User Conference in Indianapolis. We covered a wide range of topics from asset management to telematics to our product roadmap and much more. An evening activity of cocktail aging and barreling classes was a big hit (possibly related to the free cocktails provided during the event). And we’ve already got some great events planned for 2017—stay tuned for more info.
Our experts have been quoted in a slew of rental publications. General Manager Matt Hopp was tapped to contribute to several recent articles on mobile technology, including for ForConstructionPros.com and Rental Management. Matt was also quoted in International Rental News on the benefits ERP rental software can bring to organizations both large and small.
Just in the first three months of the year, we participated in seven tradeshows, including ARA’s Rental Show, CRA’s Rental Rally, The Special Event, Chicagoland’s ARA show, ARA of Connecticut’s Mini Show, the ARA of Massachusetts’ Vendor Night, and the Canadian Rental Mart. We enjoyed getting out, seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Most of all, we loved hearing about your challenges and understanding where we can help. Up first in 2017: The Special Event in Long Beach, CA.
…in not one, but three categories. This summer, InTempo was named as a finalist for the SaaS awards (past winners include HP, Zendesk and Dell). InTempo Core was a finalist for Best SaaS Product for Small Business; and InTempo Enterprise was a finalist for Best SaaS Product for ERP and Best Data-Driven SaaS Product. We were proud to get recognition from this well-respected organization.
Software is only half the equation; the other half is the people that stand behind it. And when it comes to our people and how our customers feel about them, the proof is in the pudding. InTempo customers report a 96% satisfaction rate with our support team. But we won’t stop there; we’re aiming to get 100% next year.
